Ramsey Beyer: “I just joined my first band in ten years with three rad ladies. We're called Heavy Bangs. Our first show will be an event we've been planning through DIYPHL called First Time's the Charm, which is a show meant for all brand new bands, highlighting the importance of inclusion and diversity when forming new bands. I've been continuing to maintain the DIYPHL calendar, have been working on illustration projects, and my first book with a publisher is coming out in the beginning of September. It's a graphic novel memoir called Little Fish, geared toward older teens. I also just wrapped up a week as a volunteer for Girls Rock Philly where I was a counselor, band manager, and ran autobio comics workshops for 8-17 year olds.”
