If you live in the Philadelphia area and missed Karen Kirchhoff's photography exhibit opening at the Grindcore House last Friday, June 6, it remains free and open to the public for the next several weeks (or perhaps two entire months). Stop on by to see not only photographs that appear on this site, but alternate and new shots. Some of these new photos will make their way over to the site in the weeks ahead.

Here are two photos from that night. One is of Dan Yemin and his son and the other of (L-R): Helen U., Karen Kirchhoff, and Vicky K.

Also note: New interviews! An interview with John Finn of the Philly HC bands Legitimate Reason and Stepping Razor (conducted by Stacey Finney) is in the can and will go up soon (likely later today). I'm scheduled to interview one of Philly's most interesting characters this Monday. If all goes as I hope (it's a volatile situation), the interview along with photos of the subject by Karen will go up early next week. This should prove to be one of the most popular interviews of the series.
